Social competencies and abilities	Team spirit, the ability to adapt to multiculturale environments and openness to learn as many things as possible emerged in a harmonious way of communicating with people. The chance to coordinate a team of nine people and the experience as an psychosocial counselor with the Intervention Team and Blue Phone Team - APFR were anchor points in the development of communication skills useful for teamwork.
Organizational competencies and abilities	Coordinating a team of 9 people in the ASPST, delegation of tasks, achieving budget for the project and maintaining a positive climate within the team had a positive impact on the organizational /managerial skills, acquiring new knowledge related to time management, leadership and motivation of the team members. Also, unpredictable moments occurred throughout the project aimed at developing managerial skills such as keeping calm in a crisis, preparing a plan B in any case, and offering psychological support to the team members.

Interaction with hospital patients led to have a good fluency in clinical interview and skills required for application of the assessment scales and projective tests used to detect physiological indices needed to establish current symptoms.
